We want your Indigo Prawn order to arrive quickly and safely! All our products are lovingly made in the UK and dispatched from our studio in Farnham. Here's everything you need to know about delivery:
UK Domestic Shipping
Delivery Times: Orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days (1-2 days processing + 2-3 days delivery)
Shipping Costs: £3.99 standard delivery | Free delivery on orders over £45
Courier: We use Royal Mail for reliable UK delivery
Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships
Order Cutoff: Order before 2pm for same-day dispatch (Monday-Friday)
International Shipping
We ship to Ireland, Europe, and over 200 countries worldwide!
Ireland: 3-5 business days | £6.99
Europe: 5-10 business days | £9.99
Rest of World: 7-14 business days | £12.99
Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs duties and import taxes. These charges are not included in your order total and are determined by your local customs office.
Tracking: Available for all international orders
Processing Times
Standard Items: Dispatched within 1-2 business days
Made-to-Order Items: Some products (like our swimming towels) are made specially for you and may take 5-7 business days before dispatch
Peak Seasons: Please allow extra time during busy periods including Christmas, Mother's Day, and other gift-giving occasions
Order Tracking
- You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships
- Track your order through the link in your shipping confirmation email
- Haven't received tracking within 2 business days? Contact us at alex@indigoprawn.com
Delivery Issues
Lost Packages: Contact us within 30 days if your order doesn't arrive and we'll investigate with the courier
Damaged Items: Please contact us immediately with photos if items arrive damaged - we'll sort it out quickly
Wrong Address: Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We can't redirect packages once they've been dispatched
Missed Delivery: If you miss a delivery, the courier will leave a card with redelivery instructions
Gift Orders & Special Dates
Need your order by a specific date for a birthday, Mother's Day, or special occasion? Email alex@indigoprawn.com and we'll do our best to help!
Christmas Delivery Deadlines:
- UK orders: 18th December for standard delivery
- International orders: 10th December
Mother's Day Delivery: Order by 10 days before for guaranteed UK delivery
Multiple Items
If you order multiple items, they'll ship together unless one is made-to-order. In that case, we'll let you know if items will arrive separately.
