The Makers Market, Petworth House 23rd and 24th March 10 - 4pm
I am thrilled to be joining some wonderful makers at the Petworth Spring Festival Makers Market is hosted by the wonderful Petworth Pop-Up Shop's Georgie and Cathy who in their shop champion small and local businesses. They along with The Petworth National Trust have put together a two-day Makers Market held iin the Battery House where visitors can find high quality artisan gifts and a range of beautiful handmade products. "Our Makers Spring Market is taking place in the Battery House and outside areas set in the grounds of Petworth National Trust House. You can access the Battery House & Servants Quarters via the Petworth House Car Park or through the House if you are visiting the whole grounds - or if you are coming from Petworth Town off of North Street where there will be a temporary Zebra Crossing leading you directly to the Battery House - all will be wheelchair, buggy and dog friendly. "
The Petworth Spring Festival - 23rd -14th April
There will be some fab events happening during this time such as fantastic talks, demonstrations, a community art installation, art and craft workshops, and family activities.
The garden team have been busy planting 4000 additional bulbs across the garden and 90 new containers to create an enhanced display that will carpet the gardens with a sea of daffodils.
